Orders in La Pontezuela may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. However, they will be managed only on business days, so delivery times are calculated using days of operation. This excludes weekends, holidays, long weekends or non-working days. You can see additional information about the logistics process in Shipping conditions.
Once your order has been placed, you will be kept informed of its status through a series of emails that will allow you to track your purchase:
- Order received: In which the correct order receipt is confirmed.
- Pending payment (optional): Only when the bank transfer option has been chosen as a payment method.
- Order in process: The payment has been made correctly and we are managing the shipment of your order.
- Order shipped: The order has arrived to the carrier and is on its way to the address you have provided.
