Orders in La Pontezuela may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. However, they will be managed only on business days, so delivery times are calculated using days of operation. This excludes weekends, holidays, long weekends or non-working days. You can see additional information about the logistics process in Shipping conditions.

Once your order has been placed, you will be kept informed of its status through a series of emails that will allow you to track your purchase:

  • Order received: In which the correct order receipt is confirmed.
  • Pending payment (optional): Only when the bank transfer option has been chosen as a payment method.
  • Order in process: The payment has been made correctly and we are managing the shipment of your order.
  • Order shipped: The order has arrived to the carrier and is on its way to the address you have provided.

In addition, you can track your purchase through your My Account, by sending an email to ayuda@lapontezuela.com or by calling (+34) 91 078 23 59, from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 to 15:00, on Fridays. All times are based on Madrid (GMT +1).

General conditions of indicated prices / Price policy:

The prices published on our website always include the reduced VAT of 10% for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This applies to all shipments to Spain and the rest of the European Union.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands and to companies in the European Union that have an intra-community VAT number are exempt from VAT.

La Pontezuela reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Prices are subject to changing market conditions. La Pontezuela will respect all prices indicated at the time of ordering, even if a modification to the price was made during the purchase process.

Promotions and offers may have a specific and limited period of validity, and may be subject to other factors such as product availability.

Payment Methods:

You can choose between the following payment methods:

  • Payment by credit or debit card: Immediate payment results in an almost instantaneous shipment of your order (that same day or next business day).
  • Payment with PayPal: This is also an immediate payment that results in a quick shipping process of your purchase. No additional fees or charges of any kind.
  • Payment by bank transfer: This payment method needs payment confirmation on our behalf. Therefore, your order’s processing time can take up to 72 hours. If you choose this payment method, our bank details will be displayed during the purchase process.

Our website has an SSL certificate which ensures data encryption to guarantee transaction confidentiality between customers and banks.
