Both social and environmental benefits are kept in mind while managing Finca La Pontezuela, maintaining our obligation towards fellow humans and the generous planet in which we inhabit.
At Finca La Pontezuela, we are aware of our social responsibility towards our employees, clients, the local community, the environment and society as a whole.
We pay special attention to our team’s on-going training and wellbeing. We also insure that we incorporate technological innovation to improve the processes we develop.
With our clients at the heart of Finca La Pontezuela, we strive daily to improve our customer service through personalization, communication through all possible means, and the diffusion of EVOO culture.
We have developed our exciting EVOO Interpretation Centre as a response to our social obligations to the Comarca de la Jara in Toledo where we are located. This initiative was started to promote and disseminate Los Navalmorales and the surrounding towns. Los Navalmorales and the surrounding towns.
In order to protect and conserve the environment, nature and the fruitful land that feeds us we pay special attention to: the wildlife that inhabits Finca La Pontezuela; the reduction and the elimination of our activity´s impact; the reuse of milling by-products and; environmental education, dissemination and awareness.
We recognise the importance of solidarity at Finca La Pontezuela. In order to maintain our principles, we collaborate with and allocate resources to help the social associations Aspadir, Pauta, Apadis, Afandice and Círvite. In addition, we show a commitment to popular and local sport teams by sponsoring cultural and sporting activities.

The Gómez-Pintado Foundation.
The Gómez-Pintado Foundation is a non-profit organization whose objective is to respond to the current societal needs. Through the Foundation, Finca La Pontezuela develops training activities related to the agricultural, agri-food and environmental education sectors – adding a grain of sand of solidarity.
The Gómez-Pintado Foundation has donated 10,800 litres of EVOO from Finca La Pontezuela as a social action to help confront the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. These donations have been made through Caritas, Banco de Alimentos de Toledo, Banco de Alimentos de Madrid, other NGOs and soup kitchens.
The Gómez-Pintado Foundation´s sound commitment to social, environmental and economic sustainability is evident at Finca La Pontezuela. It implements actions outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) that strive to improve terrestrial ecosystems, water management, and technological innovation, ultimately with the objective to lessen climate change in the immediate area of Finca La Pontezuela.
At the Gómez-Pintado Foundation, we work to spread knowledge on more sustainable behaviours and to increase the involvement of those who generate positive impacts.
