En lapontezuela.com nos esforzamos para que tengas la mejor experiencia de compra y la máxima satisfacción al adquirir un producto de enorme calidad.

Sin embargo, si no cumplimos tus expectativas, tienes la posibilidad de devolver o cambiar el producto que hayas comprado en nuestra tienda online.

Procedure for returns:

Please follow these steps to return a product:

  • Get in touch with our Customer Service Department via email to ayuda@lapontezuela.com, through our Contact section or by calling (+34) 91 078 23 59. Let us know the reason why you have decided to request the return of the product.
  • Please indicate your name, email, order ID number or invoice number.
  • Once your query has been answered, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to continue with the return process. On business days, the response time is within 24 hours.

General conditions:

To make an exchange and/or return, you must send the products to us through the transport company of your choice, to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: The customer assumes the cost of shipping to our facilities.

Once our Quality Department has inspected the merchandise, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount or exchange it for another product within a maximum period of 15 business days.

In the case the amount is to be refunded, it will be done through the same payment method used for the purchase (credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer). The total amount to be returned will correspond to the cost of the product that was purchased at the time of purchase and does not include shipping costs. A purchase voucher can also be issued for the amount of the returned product, with a validity period of one year. The voucher may be requested from the Customer Service Department.

For exchanges, the customer will also be responsible for the transport costs of the new shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be made in cases of food items, such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, that are returned in an advanced state of consumption. A minimum use will be permitted to allow for some type of defect or anomaly to be detected.

La Pontezuela guarantees that their products, when consumed within its preferred consumption date indicated on the label, are in perfect condition. By law, this preferential consumption date is a maximum period of two years from its packaging date.
