The 5 Elementos Olive Interpretation Center is where it all begins. Here, you will learn all about the fascinating world of olives and EVOO, from how they are cultivated to how they are transformed into one of the world’s most awarded oils. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sample our five varieties of EVOO in a guided tasting that will deepen your appreciation for every nuance and flavor. It’s an interactive journey that combines history, technology, and, of course, plenty of olive oil.
But there’s more. We have enhanced our experience with two new rooms that will surprise you. In the Once Upon a Time… A Late Roman Village room, virtual reality glasses will transport you to ancient Toledo, where you’ll discover how EVOO was already playing a key role in daily life. And in the 5 Elementos Xperience immersive room, you’ll embark on a sensory journey through the stages of sleep, surrounded by art, music, and technology—a captivating experience that awakens emotions and connects the senses.

Immersive Room: 5 Elements Xperience
In the 5 Elementos Xperience, you’ll embark on a sensory journey through the phases of sleep, surrounded by a 360-degree immersive room. This multisensory experience blends art projections, music, and visual effects to create an environment that speaks to both your emotions and senses. Each phase of sleep is illustrated with classic and contemporary paintings, and the atmosphere changes as you progress through the experience, allowing you to experience art in an entirely new way.
The central concept of this room, Awake Dreaming, lets you relive artwork from a synesthetic perspective, blending color and sound to bring you closer to what artists felt while creating their masterpieces. This is an enveloping experience that connects art and dreams, creating a space where art is not only observed but also felt and lived.

The 5 Elementos Xperience at Finca La Pontezuela is a unique space both nationally and internationally. It’s a landmark for EVOO culture enthusiasts and for those just beginning their journey into the marvelous world of oleotourism. Enjoy the different rooms and spaces, and complete your visit with a tasting of Castilla-La Mancha’s finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 5 Elementos.
Awarded by the Spanish Association of Olive Municipalities (AEMO) with the Olive Culture Promotion Award, this is an unforgettable experience to share with family, friends, partners, or colleagues.
We are open Monday to Sunday and offer three guided tours daily: at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. We look forward to welcoming you!
