Our 5 Elementos Gran Selección Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an EVOO of great character and personality. The harvest of this olive begins in early August by looking for the best plots with olives of outstanding quality. The location of our Picual olive groves, only a few meters away from the mill, is such so the period of time between the olive growing in the tree and it becoming Extra Virgin Olive Oil is no longer than two hours. The goal is the search for excellence to obtain an Extra Virgin of the maximum quality achievable for the market.
